I think I saw this too. But I think East Lansing has quietly stopped using SeeClickFix - you'd probably have more success talking directly to public works or your councilman.

Thanks for the comment! I recently heard that EL is again on SeeClickFix. I also called the police front desk and left a message, if they weren't already I think they should be aware that there was a bit more going on than a party. It looked like there were bits of furniture on the road and it looked like something might have been burned.
