Description

The grass (now small trees & thick, high weeds) has been a HUGE problem since last summer. Many phone calls have gone out to Mark Carpenter who is in charge of things like this. House is located right beside of 803 E. Gaston Street, and the grass is full of rats, snakes, gnats, and mosquitoes. These pests have become a problem to surrounding neighbors and the yard makes the neighborhood look really bad. No one seems to want to do their job concerning this matter; the yard was only mowed ONE time since last summer, and this came after repeated attempts to get something done about it. The neighborhood is FED up. Were this a different neighborhood in Lincolnton, this problem would not exist.
