People continuously use Orchard Ave as a short-cut around the light at Rt. 420 and Fourth Ave. There are signs posted at 420 advising that Orchard is not open for traffic. These are ignored and never enforced. I have seen people almost slide sideways turning here at the last minute. They then gun it up Orchard like it's the Indy 500. There are children living here. I would hate to see one hurt or killed.
