Have a place that offers bike rentals (maybe carriage rides at nights even) so that families could enjoy a bike ride though out downtown. This would be a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty of downtown if we get all the nice shops and riverwalks they keep talking about. Plus this would be every eco friendly
