when you come up to the light it has a pressure plate to change the light you sometimes wait 15 minutes for it to change and people get tired of waiting and go thru the red light

There is no need to be rude about someone else's grammar. That certainly does not solve the problem. Have you bothered to try calling boro hall? I have called and was told that it would be resolved. Why don't you try kindness instead of rudeness?
