Beschreibung

The area between Wellman and Pratt(especially the Welman strip mall and the alley between the "mall" and the Pratt Ave. shops), is exceedingly ugly. Considering the zoning requirements for the surrounding residential area, this commercial mess in inexplicable.

More trash from the Wellman retail ghetto. (Thanks to the Pet Store for doing their best to make the area look good though!!!).

More trash from Wellman retailers. With the constraints on the area residents, why do the commercial owners run wild? Is the city afraid to do anything or incapable?
