There has been underground construction on Yonge just north of Lawrence for maybe four years. It started in the middle of Yonge and about 2 years ago moved to the side of the road at Wanless Crescent.
What is this project and when will it be finished? It seems to have taken an outrageous amount of time and must be hurting some of the local businesses.
