when muni bus #71 traveling northbound on 22nd ave crosses Judah st it bounces off from the numerous potholes and uneven pavement over rail tracks for N-Judah train on this intersection. That sends shock waves through the ground and shakes the houses that surround this intersection, the situation is terrible, this needs to be fixed...if possible..
