Our block was long ago deemed No Truck Parking but the sign came down. We have a neighbor who parks more than one truck on the block 24 hours a day without moving them. One of the truck is an eyesore. Graffiti all over the truck. We want the sign put back up and force the neighbor to move his truck(s).
