Description

The stop signs are not state or county authorized nor can you put in speed bumps without the county approval, and the street is a public private road, and part of the county cross road system. I was told by the DOT that the stop sings can not be used by private parties. Road studies have to be done by the DOT to put up sings. There is a lawsuit against the county by the home owners in Bell Mead on Pine Hollow Dr about the speed bumps and they are trying to close the road to use by the public. All of this is due to no one asking the DOT to take over the road.
