Description

Traffic light takes an eternity to change when trying to exit from the east side of NE 25th Way onto 228th Ave. NE (from Plateau Estates neighborhood). Additionally, it does not stay green long enough for many cars to exit. PLEASE let us out of our neighborhoods.
