  Speed bumps on Est NE from Main to 4th NE would sure be wonderful to slow down all the hotshot speeders which is about 50% of the traffic.

  Dst as well! People (including police with & without lights!) speed down Dst! I've even seen a hit and run at the corner of D & 3rd! Watched someone speed through the stop sign there just the other day!
