Description

I wrote in months ago regarding the new light was put up at the intersection at Capitol and Main street and was told it would be worked on. NOW the light on Capitol n Main heading towards Lindley gives the green turning arrow then immediately goes to yellow then red while other direction has the light so only 2 cars get thru. And this is starting at 2 in the afternoon. With traffic backed up to Madison ave for HOURS. Please some one get this light fixed. It should not take me 20 mins to get to my house which is halfway down capitol between Madison and Main FROM Madison ave
