twice in the past week i've had problems at this intersection where the left turn signal on the embarcadero, turning to broadway, failed to activate. sometimes this will happen if a street car is passing by, but in both cases, that wasn't an issue. the second time it happened i clocked it... i waited 7 minutes before pulling out and continuing south the on embarcadero to turn left on green instead.
