Description

The city of West Haven is allowing a women to build and run and illegal boarding house. I'm not sure what this woman is doing for the city to let her continue how ever the house in question has been sitting on her property for the last 7 years as a frame of a house and nothing is being done. Two weeks ago 2 men showed up and just started working on the house. No permit is display and the city of West Haven has not been by to even look to see what is going on.
This woman is also running a boarding house out of the next to the house that is now being worked on. We have had men with ankle bracelets, sex offenders (2) and young children all living in the house at the same time. She claims she is helping family. I've never seen such a mixed raced family as she has.
Her property is a mess and we want it cleaned up. Its making our area look like trash. I know the inspector is around because he made our neighbor take down his fence that was installed by a professional because it was 5 inches to close to the street.
