how do we get rid of all the trash the homeless have around the kansas ave bridge? both the north side and the south side are horrible. the bridge and the river should be beautiful like in lawrence. instead we are plagued with these rats who bring trash and drugs wherever they go. i do not understand why this town puts up with this. please get the trash picked up. it's going to end up in the river and pollute our water shed
