Trinity St.Phillips Episcopal church at 608 Broad St continuously leaves plastic bags of garbage and lawn clippings at the curb next to the Newark Downtown District litter basket at Broad & Rector, in front of the church. no one picks the bags up because it's considered illegal dumping. Wanda Stevenson has spoken with them in the past but they continue to do it. they hire a homeless man to mow their lawn.
