2240 Tyler Road was declared a Public Nuisance by the City Council and the City cleaned up the property to the satisfaction of the ordinance. The 2240 Tyler Road case is closed due to resolution of complaint. Inspection of the 2236 Partridge Lane property found no violations. Property appears to be under new ownership and better maintained. Case closed for resolution of complaint.
