AMWASTE will begin servicing Hoover October 1st so with that said you will need to place your cart at the road beginning Oct. 1 with a note on it saying "Please return or dispose of." I need to ask anyone with a cart out for pick up to please stick a note on your cart by any means possible to "remove" or "Swap". The crews are going to attempt to get everyone take care of, but its not as easy as it sounds. Crew will NOT come onto private property, so carts need to be curbside for removal or swap or it will not happen.
