Now it's August 1, 2001 and no one has bothered to do anything about the storm drains on Cherry Lane in downtown Sarasota. They just get worse and worse. during a light rain the street is covered completely from curb to curb making it impassable on foot since this is a street with no sidewalks or right of ways beyond the curbs.

The storm drain has been unclogged/ opened.
