Hello,

I want to file a complaint on the department worker who came to issue a citation on the basement in the home that I rent. I live in the 2nd unit and one of the guys who came was extremely rude. I do not have his name, he was the shorter one. I have a video of them if you need it to identify him. Both of them went into the basement unannounced, without permission and with NO MASK on. They were screaming hello and opening all the doors and walking around the basement without permission. They went outside and rang my doorbell, I was forced step away from my meeting and son to see what the disturbance was. The short one was extremely rude saying to me you are in big trouble while waving a badge around as if he were a police officer. I told him I will call the owner of the house to let him know what was going on. With covid cases being high as of late, I am extremely concerned that they thought they could come inside tresspassing, unannounced shouting with no mask on, trying to open all our doors. I have a baby who unfortunately cannot get vaccinated due to his age, luckily we were not downstairs. They could have exposed themselves to my son and put him at risk. They also incorrectly put a citation sticker on my door which obviously states the incorrect address. I am extremely disappointed on this situation. They followed no covid protocols and unlawfuly entered without permission. That is illegal.
