I have reported this to the property management of 25 Church St with a very indifferent answer of "best we can do is send a notice out." But even after this notice went out I witnessed with my own eyes the 3rd floor tenant put her trash out again last night to have it be ripped up this morning. I personally have cleaned up enough messes for this unit and would be more than happy for the town of Natick to FINE this property management group for their lack of care and indifference to actually step in and correct this.

Thank you Igor for reporting this as I have several times. The property manager should be fined, provide trash cans with covers and tenants who continue putting trash out at night should receive at least a warning. Raccoons have been around 25 church, East street and Garfield since the garbage has been taken out in middle of night. I have lived on East street for over 20 years snd this has never happened before!

Public Works can not fine people contact the Board Of Health 508-647-6460 they would be the Department that can send letters to the owner

Thank you for the phone number of the Property Manager who we shall call. I did go to Town Hall Board of Health and voiced my concern including pictures of the trash the last couple of weeks.
