This is insane and needs to be reversed ASAP. How is there no oversight or accountability?

They also never use water and properly sweep the street after work like they are required to. The dust is a Health concern. Lots of kids walk down Pacific to get to and from school.

That tree will definitely die if the asphalt is not remove from the base of the tree. Water can penetrate that the tomb that was built around it.

Why look into it now, one month after the second report and 4 month after initial report. When can we expect another update? After the tree dies?

For goodness sake, I've also seen this and cannot believe how awful this is. The tree will die, oxygen will be even more depleted, and it will be a waste of money.
