9/4/2008: 5:51 AM inbound train never arrived. Four Outbound trains rode past on other side of street. Unmarked ("Shuttle") city bus arrived at 6:04am. Bus took passengers to intersection of Market & 4th Street where the driver then instructed all passengers to exit the vehicle with no firther instructions as to how to travel further down the route.
