Description
(1) she has two broken down vehicles sitting in the driveway packed full of garbage (the car doors are propped open and some of the windows are busted out), (2) she has trash bags stacked alongside her driveway which she claims are being picked up by a non-profit as donations, (3) her in ground pool is drained and full of stuff (you can see this from a neighbor's house), (4) her house is falling apart and yet she continues to collect junk and visibly puts it on her property for all to see; it looks condemned, (5) we have been told she does not have utilities (running water, electricity, etc.)
