This property has garbage, old plywood, sinks, a toilet, siding debris, broken glass, etc. all over the property. Please contact absentee landlord and ask him/her to clean up. I don't have any contact information, but I believe s/he lives in NY. I am concerned someone will get hurt, it will attract rodents, and it is, at this juncture, a blighted property.
