resident called to complain about a semi/tractor trailer parked at the corner of Elm and Rogers st behind the Eutaw Shoopping Center.
It is the trailer portion of the vehicle. It has been parked in that
area for 1 week. The owner of the truck often parks the trailer in this spot.
