Description
At this intersection, 1st St N at 34th Ave NE, there is 2 types of fencing that precludes one's view of oncoming pedestrian, bicycle or vehicular traffic on the North side. You have to inch forward into the crosswalk to see if there is sidewalk traffic heading south. It is an accident waiting to happen. The School Board, as this property is that of North Shore School, was called and said they believe this is a City issue.
