Description
Driving north on Clifton, the stop sign at the Clifton- Parsons Rd intersection is hidden by a tree; it doesn’t come into view until cars are about 30 feet from the intersection. As a result, cars run the stop sign (without slowing) very frequently. I live on Parsons with small kids, and witness this at least once a week. (And I don’t sit around watching the intersection, either.) Wondering if we could get a south- facing sign placed on the northwest corner of the intersection, so northbound traffic on Clifton can see it? In other words, put a stop sign on the back of the post already there for southbound traffic on Clifton. I noticed this solution was used on the corner of Deering and Ashmont due to a similar tree situation, and it works! Thanks.
