The storm drains on Bell Ln are too far apart There is a storm drain at Bell Ln and College Ln and then the next and only other storm drain is right in front of 816 Bell Ln That's 9 houses apart and the downward slope of the road towards Limekiln Pike creates a lot of water flow during storms without proper drainage available Even with light/moderate rain, the road gets flooded because the drain is too far away with such a downward slope Putting another drain in between the existing ones would likely really help the drainage and flooding issue
