Deskripsyon

There is a constant very loud alarm/buzzer sound coming from either the AC Transit building, the CVS or other business in that area. The alarm has been going off since at least 2am, it is now 7:45am. The sound is loud enough to be heard a few blocks away and has been happening the last few weeks at least.
