Thanks for reporting this to the City of Lincoln. This observation has been given to Traffic staff to evaluate.

We have previously made adjustments to the signal timings at 56th and Pine Lake a few weeks ago in response to the Yankee Hill closure. It was working well considering the amount of traffic using this intersection. It is possible traffic patterns have shifted as drivers adjust their new routes, so we will take another look at the timings here and make adjustments as needed. Sometimes and especially in the peak periods, there is simply too much traffic in competing directions to get everyone through in one cycle though.
