Description

Notional Grid has hired a third party to perform gas line inspection in homes that they put new meters in years ago. They never provided any warning and immediately added 104 dollars to my bill as a "penalty". Now they are threatening to shut off my gas with cold weather coming. I have called the number they have provided numerous times to no avail and have even reached out to PPS directly via phone. No response has been given and they are threatening me via mail with shut offs. Contacted National Grid and the individual I contacted there laughed at me and said I would never get the 100 dollar fee overturned and to enjoy the cold weather! This is a scam by a government regulated industry leader. Please help! I have kids, bith my wife and I are civil sevants and this is an embarassment!
