Graffiti blight has spiraled out of control on the fences near the parking lot entrance of Providence Place Mall. This is symptomatic of a pronounced uptick in graffiti in general of this neighborhood. It should be eradicated regularly because it encourages more people to tag along Promenade and on adjacent side streets.
