Description

Major flooding at North Walk and Federal St. Have lived here for 8 years and have never seen it this bad. Something is wrong with this catch basin. PLEASE fix! I’ve reported this before but it was never this bad until the new building at 65 Washington was built. Are they still pumping water out of their basement?
