  Good afternoon Barbara Castellano,

  We would love to help you with your defunct streetlight concern. However, in order to report your concern to the city's Department of Transportation, we need more information. Would you kindly provide us the pole number for the defunct streetlight? It is usually found on a metal band around the pole, and is usually 4-5 numbers long.
