- this email is to request your looking into getting the sidewalk area fixed (in front of the glass double-doors opening onto South 5th Avenue at street-level for the FCB building):

The off-white colored concrete slabs of the sidewalk are uneven, and form a sufficiently deep area where precipitation water collects. That water will freeze up come winter, and create a walking hazard (requiring considerable and constant salting). It's already a bit tiresome with a big puddle forming almost every second day, having people skirt around the area (almost into the area just outside the glass double-doors) while walking past the FCB entrance.
