Description
the city normally comes out to trim back The cattails and the bushes growing into the culvert behind our properties. it has not been done in a long time and the cattails especially are worse than we have seen them in a long while. for whatever reason the city sprayed and killed the ones behind everyone's property except mine and my neighbors' at 867 Pinellas Point Drive South (I manage their property when they are in CT.). I am not certain I am reporting this to the correct department but if not, I would love to have contact information to who I should contact from here out.
