Major Joseph Healey advised the following: "Code Officer Araya has been checking this property when he's on routine patrol in the neighborhood. He checked the weekend he worked on 9/17/11 and 9/18/11. No vehicles were observed parking on the sidewalk at that time. However on 9/23/11, he did observe a vehicle in violation, and a parking ticket was issued. He will continue to monitor this property for violations."
