We are not all teens, and we are parked legally. If you slow down and drive the speed limit then there is no problem. As for teens standing in the road with their doors open, I have not seen this. I have seen them get out their cars and collect their belongings and then close the door when they are finished, also not illegal. Stop complaining and share the roadway, slow down and no one will get hurt. You suggest temporary no parking signs, so it's okay at other times to park there just not now? Leave things well enough alone and let folks enjoy their summer.
