Description

missed trash pickup YET AGAIN!!!!! How can you raise our bill but yet once or twice a month I have to take time out of my day to call and complain that they did not pick up our trash. I pay for twice a week. Monday and Thursday and yet I only seem to get once a week. I feel like you should give me credit for all the missed pick ups that I keep getting. I feel like you are ripping people off and making a ton of money off of us as if you don't make enough anyways. I would like someone to contact me and discuss this issue further
