WE have been through this before with the County! The county has investigated and determined that this is in fact their county Storm drainage that carries the water from Public streets and routes it through our private community ( we allow the county to do that). The county has determined that they need to maintain this line. If we were to cut this portion off from the system, the water would back up into adjacent community and flood those residences. Please resubmit this request.
