Truck junkyard or facility operates 24/7. I constantly hear trucks in an out of area, moving, dropping stuff extremely loud, disrupts my sleep. They do not stop at any hour, is there not a noise ordinance so close to residential communities?

"After consulting with Code Officer Supervisor P Avino and Zoning Administrator D Piper, this area is commercial/industrially zoned and there is not much that can be done notice-wise. Mr Piper mentioned to me, during our conversation, that he would bring up the complaint to his point of contact at Bergeron because it is their property that the auction yard is on. Please have the complainant contact the Planning and Zoning Division at (954)392-2100 or Mr Piper at dpiper@ppines.com should they wish to discuss this issue further.".
