Daily leaf/yard debris burning, the smoke billows and goes into my house and other elderly living close by as well as young children with breathing issues, asthma. My family member is on oxygen and has emphysema and COPD, cardiac complications. The smoke goes toward Mountain constantly because usually the wind is coming from the west.
