Many cars speed in the area of Florence and Scarlet.

Also, the intersection of Florence and Scarlet has stop signs for traffic on Scarlet, but no stop sign for cars entering traffic onto Scarlet from Florence. Many cars on Scarlet do not realize this and dangerously enter the intersection (or ignore the stop signs all together)

Additional stop sign for traffic on Florence is needed, as well as police patrols.
