Description
Due to the sloppy repair work previously done on the fire hydrant, water is now blocked from properly reaching the basin on Elizabeth Street (directly behind Ottavia Via). Now the water pools on the sidewalk (which is also damaged) and becomes hazardous when it freezes into ice.
