Sharraxaadda

This is more of a large sinking spot than a pothole, but it is still frustrating. It constantly collects water and dirt. The city did come a year or two ago to repair some of the strew, but they didn't do it all the way to the curb. Was just wondering if this could be repaired. Thanks.
