I have a new born in my household and I’ve had water damage in the ceiling for two years since I’ve lived there and I am not concerned being that I had a baby and she was premature if it is now molding they knew about these problems and was never fixed I also have a issue with mice they send an exterminator but he only puts traps down. I also had no fridge for 3 weeks and I was pregnant and they offered me a check to move instead of coming out urgently and I had my baby I had to buy my own fridge and the old one produced a lot of fruit flies I’m just concerned about the building overall I don’t think it meets the health code and was wondering if someone can come out to check the apartments cause I can’t live in an unsafe place with my child
