Removed graffiti on trash bin, stop sign and light pole

The trash container is sitting on a public sidewalk

Yes it still is. I made 311 request in October 2021. No sponse back. I did receive from 311 that issue was outstanding and if it should be closed? I haven't replied. Confused. Thank-you for bringing up the issue! 🇺🇸

WOW i just now walked the back way to AL Post39 and was able to walk on sidewalk. Very much appreciated and Thank-you! 🇺🇸
