This is just to let you know, in case you are interested, that some people showed up under the 196th St bridge over the Interurban Trail three weeks ago and set up some kind of "business" there. Here they stacked pallets in front of the door that you access to check water levels. Just in case someone goes there and finds the door blocked. I warned them not to do this kind of thing, but they just made loud threats. They were probably chased out of another location.
